Pallet Deliveries to EU Countries

Pallet Delivery

Bisque Direct deliver pallets of bisque, colour and glaze directly to your door.

Each customer will be required to supply their VAT, EORI number and complete a POA(Power Of Attorney) form. This form will allow Bisque Direct to arrange import of the orders into the EU. These only need to be provided on the first order.

For future orders customers will not be required to fill in any forms or paperwork. Bisque Direct will import the pallet into the EU and arrange delivery.

Pallet delivery charges are shown on the website when checking out. One full pallet is approximately £2000 (€2500) in value. Once the pallet is packed Bisque Direct will contact you if there is significant space remaining on a pallet. You can then add additional items to your order. If the order slightly exceeds a full pallet you can remove items from your order. We aim to make the most efficient use of the pallet space.

Please select pay by BACS (Bank Transfer) to enable us to adjust the order and make best use of the pallet space. If payment is made by card we are unable to adjust the order.

Tax and Duty Charges 

For orders exported to the EU member states 0.0% VAT is used. EU member businesses are required to supply their VAT number. Bisque Direct will import orders into the EU. No paperwork, customs fees or duty are charged. Bisque Direct cover these.
